Bulk publishing pages (and bulk archiving)

CMS Approvers are able to publish (or archive) multiple pages at once. This is useful when you are publishing a new site section for the first time or a publication with child pages (or archiving).

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Content screen. You can find it on the bottom of the Content dropdown menu or as a tab near the top of the Content screen.

  1. Apply filters for the site or sub-site your unpublished pages are tagged to: Site, Sub-site, Content type, Department/agency, Published status. (Although on the Moderated content screen you can filter to Needs review, on the Content screen you can only choose published/unpublished. In the table you can see which pages are already archived and which are in draft.)

  2. You can

    • select the pages all at once by ticking the checkbox in the header row

    • select pages one at a time.
