Moderated content screen: View unpublished pages and find drafts

As a content creator or editor, you may need to check the status of draft pages or locate unpublished content that requires attention. This article explains how to view unpublished pages (draft content) inside the CMS.

1. Go to Content on the top menu.

2. To see all pages that have never been published, filter your content by the Unpublished status.

If you're searching for pages that have been saved as drafts but not yet published, you can use the Moderated content filters. To do this:

1. Click on the Content menu dropdown.

2. Choose the bottom link for Moderated content.

3. Filter sites and sub-sites.

4. This will display the status of all your unpublished pages.

By following these steps, you can easily view all of your unpublished pages without having to check each page individually or look at the Revisions section.
