Pre-requisites
Download and install ShareX from the Microsoft Store if you haven't already.
The Microsoft Whole of Victorian Government (WoVG) contract allows for the use of apps available in the Microsoft Store. ShareX is available for download in the Microsoft Store.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to Capture Option
Open the ShareX application.
Locate and click on the "Capture" menu in the ShareX interface.
Step 2: Choose 'Window'
Within the "Capture" menu, find and click on the option labeled "Window."
Step 3: Select the Target Window
Your cursor will transform into a crosshair.
Hover over the window that is displaying the error message.
Click on it to capture a screenshot.
Step 4: Wait for the Capture to Load
Wait a few seconds.
The captured screenshot will automatically load in the ShareX editor.
Troubleshooting Tips
If the capture doesn't appear in the editor, make sure ShareX is running in the background and that you've selected the correct capture option.
If the screenshot doesn't capture the entire window, go to "Settings" within ShareX and adjust the screen capture options as needed.
