Vimeo video not displaying on the transcript page

When a video on Vimeo is set to Unlisted, it is shows up as a broken icon on the vic.gov.au video transcript page.

To avoid this issue, it’s best practice to add public videos to your department’s YouTube channel and create a private playlist.
