Who makes decisions on content?

Content decisions are guided by SDP governance, the publishing round table and Digital 10 committee. Each department has at least one representative at the meet-ups.

These groups also monitor quality of digital content across government through the review of annual content audits and dashboards.

This includes:

  • accessibility

  • customer satisfaction

  • search engine optimisation

  • form completion

  • minimum page sessions.
