Summary
The major focus for this release is to deliver:
Search listing filters: option to display filters in a left sidebar instead of just under the title; useful for search listings with many filters
Media: files can be added to the CMS but left in draft state they’re not publicly accessible until published
Media: allow aliases for media items to avoid broken links to a regularly updated file
Maps: search bar updates - ‘Filters' toggle repositioned to align to the left and geo location button aligned to the right

New CMS features and feature updates
Content.vic.gov.au cleanup: records older 12 months that are drafts of published or archived pages to be deleted (AFTER 1.52)
Header: new hero image style now available - block colour on the left, image on the right and a call to action button under the page title. Read more about header images and settings or see our Ripple header guide.
Header: Enable adding phone numbers in header top links.
Media: allow aliases for media items to avoid broken links to a regularly updated file.
Media: files can be added to the CMS but left in draft state they’re not publicly accessible until published; when a page is published, draft media items embedded on that page publish also.
Media: new icon added to identify secure files.
Search: Add a de-coupled search component via data driven component. This will enable searching via the Header extras search bar on the site’s home page, while results will display on a separate map page.
Search listing content type: can now be customised with top corner graphics (site admins only).
Basic text: text alignment control in the WYSIWYG only permits users to set text alignment to left aligned or right aligned (only for use on numerals in tables).
User profiles: URL alias field removed from the add/edit user screen.
Publications: more components that are available in the Landing page content type are now available in the Publication and Publication page content types.
CMS bug fixes
Iframes: make width and height non-mandatory again.
Forms: Fixed a ‘Form not submitted’ validation error related to clashing maxlength and counter settings on a textarea field.
Link field dropdown: white background added back (dropdown had become transparent and unreadable).
Front-end updates
New front-end features and feature updates
Search: new landing page component added as a search input for maps.
Search: current search term displays above results (search listings and site search).
Search bar: improved display for maps with current location search - toggle moved to the left and geolocation button moved to the right.
Maps: data layer upgrades so custom collection behaviour matches in that search listings.
Forms: enabled search on both single-select and multi-select dropdowns.
Forms: added a 'progress stepper' UI component for multistep forms. (BE feature not available yet)
Translated content: correct font used for languages in breadcrumbs.
Forms: performance improvement for Drupal JSON API webform submissions - endpoints now authenticated.

Maps: Minor styling fixes for map cluster type size at different screen sizes; hover state added to map clusters

[SD-387] Adds experimental support for sending browser telemetry to New Relic for SDP site performance monitoring.
[SD-569] Adds support for data driven components for all Ripple 2.0 sites.
[SD-527] Fixes the page title and breadcrumbs routeChange data for static pages (print, sitemap and search)
[SD-525] Fixed bug with highlighting of map sidepanel item.
[SD-519] Improved default sorting of grants results and display of grant status.
[SD-499] Updates to webform CAPTCHA component configuration.
[SD-658] Fixes the language attribute being set incorrectly on non-English pages.
[SD-652] Adds extra space between text in input on desktop
[SD-614] Fixes search bar redirecting when no search value is available.
[SD-604] The 'unsupported webform element' error message will now only display in draft mode. The error message has been improved to be clearer to the user.
[SD-308] Fix max-height for mobile secondary logo, this stops the menu items being pushed down
[SD-693] Change social share markup so items are in an unordered list.
Individual site updates to meet WCAG 2.2
[SD-692] Makes related links and what's new headings H3's to meet WCAG 2.2.
[SD-691] Updates blockquote colour variables to meet WCAG 2.2 colour contrast requirements.
[SD-676] Adds support for search listing to specify what fields should or should not be returned in the elasticsearch response.
[SD-541] Update the project type id from category to projectType.
