Instead of saving each child page as' Needs review ' you can save time by adding the number of child pages ready for publishing in the 'revision log message' of the Publication landing page. e.g. ‘Please schedule this publication for publishing at 4.00pm on Thursday 17 May. It contains 10 child pages and 7 grandchild pages.’ The SDP publishing team will then review each page against our web content publishing checklist and publish all of the pages at once. |

If you'd like your publication to be published at 9am, you should schedule your publishing times in advance of this, so that it has finished transitioning by 9am.
