This guide covers how to access Jira reports to monitor the performance of a publishing queue. Jira reports include number of issues resolved, time to resolution and Service Level Agreement (SLA) success rate.

This guide is for publishing queue approvers.

You need a Jira licence to be able to access publishing queue reports.

Jira report steps

Open your department’s publishing queue project.

Select Back to project.

In the left-hand side menu, select Reports below the KNOWLEDGE section.

Browse through the list of available report within the DEFAULT and CUSTOM sections.

For example, SLA met vs breached

Select Customize & View to customise the report using filters and date ranges.

Once satisfied, click Apply to view your SLA statistics.
