This guide covers how to access Jira reports to monitor the performance of a publishing queue. Jira reports include number of issues resolved, time to resolution and Service Level Agreement (SLA) success rate.

This guide is for publishing queue approvers.

You need a Jira licence to be able to access publishing queue reports.

Jira report steps

Open your department’s publishing queue project.

Select Back to project.

In the left-hand side menu, select Reports below the KNOWLEDGE section.

Browse through the list of available report within the DEFAULT and CUSTOM sections.

For example, SLA met vs breached

Once the report is selected, use the Show drop-down to select a time period for the report.

Scroll down to see the report in graph and table format.
