About the sentiment analysis dashboard
This dashboard only displays data for websites that use the content.vic.gov.au content management system.
The Sentiment analysis dashboard de-identifies and displays the ‘Was this page helpful?’ feedback and applies a sentiment analysis to the comments.
Use this dashboard to filter to a specific time frame as well as pages, sites and/or site sections.
You can find:
the total amount of feedback received
the percentage of responses that were Yes or No
the percentage of responses with comments attached
an overall sentiment rating of the comments
overall percentages of positive and negative comments
the specific comments for each page, with personal and identifiable information redacted.
You can also export a copy of the data for your own records.
Measuring content performance
You should look at your dashboard at least monthly. If your 'yes' rating is dropping you should investigate to see how to improve it.
Your comments will give you valuable feedback on how to improve as well as any specific issues with the content, such as broken links or confusing messages.
