This method will work for a single issue or multiple issues at once. |
Step-by-step instructions on how to move Jira issues from one queue to another:
Go to Filters.
Advanced issue search.
Narrow and select ‘advanced issue search’.
Use the search filters to narrow down your search to just the issues you wish to move.
Go to the ellipses on the far right and select ‘bulk change’.
Select Bulk change.
Follow the wizard to move the issues to your desired queue.
