Select Structure > Custom Block Library in the top menu of the CMS.
Click Select the Add custom block button.
Select the Campaign option.
Fields to fill in:
Block description – : include your site and the date of creation so it is easy to find your campaign later in the CMS. This information doesn't display on the website.
Title
Body
Featured image – : you can add one image to the campaign.
CTA URL – : this can be an internal link to another http://vic.gov.au page (that is housed within the http://content.vic.gov.au CMS) or an external link.
Link text – : this will display as a button. Keep to a maximum of 70 characters.
Add the campaign to the page

Open the page where you want to insert the campaign – this page must have been created using the Landing page template.
Scroll down to the Page Campaign section and choose either Primary campaign or Secondary campaign.
In the text field, start typing in the name of your campaign and select it from the list.
