If your Single Digital Presence site section (hosted on content.vic.gov.au/) meets the below criteria, you are eligible to request a federated-publishing queue.
All requests for federated-publishing queues are subject to approval by the branch or agency’s home department.

All independent Single Digital Presence websites are eligible for their own federated-publishing queue.
For site sections hosted on content.vic.gov.au, you must meet the following eligibility criteriacan request a new federated-publishing queue:
web content that looks after a distinct audience group (not an organisation)
a dedicated digital team with at least 2 digital specialists (at least 2 years' previous experience)
ownership of more than 200 pages.

Once implemented, Departments will be able to manage the publishing and archival of information on vic.gov.au via their own publishing queues in Jira. Departments are responsible for auditing content to ensure it meets digital accessibility requirements. |
