SDP does quarterly releases. Releases start with any websites using the content.vic.gov.au backend. Other websites will be released in groups after this. Website owners will be notified via email.
Release timings
For 2024 these will be:
February
May
August
November.
The community will be notified of exact dates once releases have passed testing.
Release communications
Emails will be sent to:
all listed website owners
all active content.vic.gov.au CMS users.
A message will also be placed in the community of practice Teams channel and a backend alert placed in the Content Management System backend.
A community of practice meet-up will also be scheduled to walk people through the changes and give an opportunity to ask questions.
