SDP does quarterly releases. Releases start with any websites using the content.vic.gov.au backend. Other websites will be released in groups after this. Website owners will be notified via email.
Release timings
For 2024 these will be:
February
May
August
November.
The SDP community will be notified of the deployment date for their website once the release has passed testing.
Release communications
Emails will be sent to:
all active content.vic.gov.au CMS users
all listed website owners of other SDP website when a date has been scheduled for their website.
A message will also be placed in the community of practice Teams channel and an alert placed in the Content Management System backend for content.vic.gov.au.
A community of practice meet-up will also be scheduled to walk people through the changes and give an opportunity to ask questions.
