User story: As an SDP customer, I want to know what options are available for creating and embedding a map on an SDP-managed webpage, so that I can make one that works well for all website visitors.
The two options for an interactive map for your SDP website are:
Submit a request for SDP to develop a map for you (at a cost)
Third-party maps
SDP developed maps

You may also engage a third-party agency to design and develop a map for your purposes, however to conform with the SDP styling they will need to engage with us and follow our UX/UI guidelines. These are currently being written. The Ripple design system is open source and publicly available.
If you create your own map, you will need to ensure that it is accessible, accurate , and user-friendly and complies with SDP guidelines.
