Feature changes
Changed CMS webforms button default text
When creating a CMS webform, the ‘submit button’ label is now blank by default. Previously, if an editor didn’t complete this field, ‘Submit button(s)’ would display on the frontend.
We’ve changed the default text to ‘Submit’ only.
Mandatory 'Department' field on media items
Files in the CMS media library do not always have a department assigned to them. This can cause issues with reporting, duplication and ownership.
We've now made the media item 'Department' field mandatory.
Relocated 'VSBA data extract' link
In the CMS, we've moved 'VSBA data extract' from the top navigation menu to now be under 'Structure > Menus > AAA administration > Datasets'.
System and security updates
We’ve set a limit on iframe embed widths, so users can view content more clearly.
Site admins can manage more design features in the Site taxonomy in the CMS instead of relying on a deployment. These include a site’s favicons and top and bottom corner graphics.
The Contributor role is now available on more content types.
We’ve updated help text for the ‘Locale' field in the CMS metatags section. This field is used to set the page’s language for font and text direction.

The Search Listing content type is a minimum viable product and will be improved over time.
Updated Content Collection component
CMS users can now configure the Content Collection component to display 3, 6 or 9 results.
Updated print stylesheet logo
In Ripple 2.0, a logo appears in the top-left of a page when it's printed. This identifies the information as having come from a Victorian Government web page.
We've added a field in the CMS to allow Site admins to upload this logo file.
