This table shows data on forms submitted by visitors.
Form: The ID of the webform or content component element title of the form
Page path: the URL of the page where the form is located, as well as the form ID.
To find the ID of a particular webform, open the form in the CMS and it will be the end part of the URL (e.g. content.vic.gov.au/form/comm-games-enquiries) or can be found in the Settings > General settings section. It is usually a shortened version of the initial title that was used when creating the form.
Form submission web page: Page where the webform or component is embedded.
Unique events (1): The Event count: number of times this form was submitted by a unique visitor within a session, displayed as numbers. Unique events (

Form abandonments
This table shows data on form elements that have started to be filled in but then were abandoned by visitors. This means that at least one field in a form or form element was filled in (e.g. a radio button selected, a text field had something typed in it, or a search filter dropdown option was chosen), but the visitor never submitted the information.
