This page teaches you how to archive a page.
Go to the page you need to archive.
Under the View tab, locate the Change to dropdown.

Depending on your permission level, you can either archive the page or send a request to your approver. |
Select Archive pending or Archive depending on the options available to you.
In Change request detail field, enter a redirect url. This doesn't redirect the page, but does keep a record of where to redirect the page.
Select Apply. The page has either been archived or sent to a queue for review.
If the page was live, you must set up a redirect. Learn how to set up a URL redirect.
