  1. In the top menu in the CMS click 'structure' Structure and then 'webforms' Webforms.

  2. Find Search for your formwebform.

  3. Go to the 'settings' Select Settings tab.Within

  4. Select the 'General ' tab and then the top 'general settings' sub-tab

  5. Under General settings section, tick the checkbox that says 'Archive this webform' checkbox option.

Your archived form webform is now automatically closed for submissions. 

4. View an archived

The benefit of archiving a form webform instead of deleting it is it stays available to view.

  1. In the top menu in the CMS click 'structure' Structure and then 'webforms' Webforms.

  2. In Go to the 'filter Filter webforms' section, go section.

  3. Enter text in the Filter by keyword field. This is not a mandatory step, but it may help you to find the webform.

  4. Go to the far-right drop-down menu that says 'all'.

  5. Select the 'archived' option.

  6. Click the 'filter' button. All [#].

  7. Under Inactive, select Archived.

  8. Select the Filter button. 

  9. Locate your webform.

5. Delete your webform

If the webform is not live or for testing only, choose to delete it. This action is permanent as you can no longer view and access it.

  1. In the top menu in the CMS click 'structure' Structure and then 'webforms' Webforms.

  2. Find Search for your formwebform

  3. In the far-right 'operations' column, click the down arrow button.

  4. Choose 'delete' from the menu optionsGo to the Settings tab.

  5. At the bottom of the page, select Delete.

  6. You will be asked to confirm you want to delete this form webform because it cannot be undone.
