To give website users the full benefits of a consoldated user experience, look out for pages with generic titles. Page titles such as ‘About us’, ‘Contact us’ or ‘Annual Report 2024/5’ do not work on a website with content from multiple organisations, so edit yours to make it clear which organisation you’re writing from.
