WoVG DIS Service Desk

Submit details about any technical enquiries, system downtime, application errors, or performance-related concerns that are affecting operations or routine questions and access request.

  • New Integration or Connectivity Request

    A request for the DIS Team to assist with the development, architecture or provide guidance for a new integration or connectivity

  • General Query, Support or Training Request

    A general query, support, training request, or if you'd like guidance from the DIS Team on architecture, networking or integration development.

  • User Access Request

    All user access management requests including onboarding and offboarding

  • Request dedicated support

    Request dedicated support for either during business hours or after-hours support.

  • Request the DIS Team change an existing integration or platform configuration (Change Request)

    A request to change an integration or component of the WoVG DIS Platform which may affect consumers of those services.

  • Notify DIS Team of an upcoming change (Change Advice)

    Notify us of an upcoming change or outage to your backend connectivity or services which may affect frontend services or other users.

  • Report an Incident or Current Outage

    Notification of an API or Integration service being unavailable, intermittent or slow.
